Information We Collect

When You Make an Inquiry

We collect the inquiry category, company name and affiliation, name, email address, phone number, and inquiry details. Company name, affiliation, and phone number are optional. To operate the form securely, we also use the sender's IP address temporarily to limit repeated submissions.

When You Sign In with Google

• Information received from Google: your Google Account identifier, email address, name, and profile image URL. This information is stored in the login system (Supabase authentication) and is not displayed on the site
• The nickname you choose
• Posts and replies you write on the message board, reactions you leave, and reports you submit (including their content and date and time)
• Your habits, daily three-choice records and short notes, and weekly reflections. Only you can view these; the administrator only sees aggregate numbers of users and records

Cookies Used to Keep You Signed In

While you are signed in, a cookie is stored in your browser to keep you signed in. This site does not set cookies for advertising or tracking your browsing.

Add to Calendar Feature

Calendar events are sent directly from your browser to the calendar you use. This site does not receive calendar information such as the time, day of the week, or date you choose.

Information Anyone Can View

Message board nicknames, the content and date and time of posts and replies, and reaction counts can be viewed by anyone, including people who are not signed in. Please do not include personal information in your posts.

Purposes of Use

• To review inquiries and reply as needed
• To identify signed-in users and display and operate the message board
• To respond to posts and reports that do not follow the rules and limit repeated posts and submissions
• To improve work data and site operations

External Services We Use

• Google: used for login
• Supabase: used for the login system and to store nicknames, message board content, habits, records, and reflections
• Vercel: used to deliver the site
• SMTP email delivery: used to send and receive inquiries
• hCaptcha: used to prevent automated inquiry submissions

When you use each service, the provider's privacy policy and other terms apply.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Except where required by law, we do not provide the information we collect to third parties without your consent.

Requests for Deletion or Disclosure

You can edit or delete your own posts from the message board at any time. If you would like us to delete your login information and nickname or disclose the information we store, please contact us through the inquiry form. We will respond after verifying your identity.

Changes to This Policy

We may change this policy as needed. Any changes will be announced on this page.
